CULVER CITY, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College women's soccer team picked up a second draw on the road at West LA College in a 1-1 non-conference decision on Friday afternoon. | BOX SCORE
The Bulldogs (0-0-2) took control early and led at the intermission after Angela Gonzalez finished a chance set up by Raquel Schmid in the 34th minute. West LA (1-0-1) answered just five minutes later, leveling the match at 1-1 before the halftime break.
Hancock continued to dominate possession and generated three more shots in the second half but the Wildcats' defense and goalkeeper stood firm, recording seven total saves in the match. AHC keepers Sam Patchin and Alexia Medina split time in goal, combining for five saves.
Up next for the Bulldogs is a road trip to Pasadena City College for a non-conference contest, set to begin this afternoon at 4 PM.
