Luna Earns First Team All-Conference Honors, Bell-Jackson Named Honorable Mention
SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College women's basketball team earned postseason recognition in the Western State Conference as sophomore Bree Luna was named First Team All-Conference, while Iraya Bell-Jackson received Honorable Mention honors.
Luna put together an outstanding season for the Bulldogs, leading the team with 13.1 points per game while also contributing 6.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per contest. A consistent presence on both ends of the floor, Luna's scoring ability and physical play in the paint helped anchor Hancock throughout conference play.
Bell-Jackson also played a key role in the Bulldogs' lineup this season, averaging 10 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist per game. Her offensive production and steady play provided a strong complement to Hancock's attack.
The conference honors highlight the impact both players made during the season and reflect their contributions to the Bulldogs' success.
