SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's soccer program wrapped up the 2025 season on Tuesday afternoon, falling 4–0 to the visiting Moorpark College squad in the final match of Western State Conference play. | BOX SCORE
Hancock (4-13-5, 0-9-1 WSC) goalkeeper Max Brewster stood tall early, making a series of key saves in the opening frame to keep the Bulldogs within striking distance. The Raiders (9-6-5, 5-3-2 WSC) managed to break through just before halftime on a goal during the added stoppage time period.
Moorpark doubled that lead in the 55th before netting a pair of tries in the 82nd and 89th minutes. The third goal came by way of a free kick after a foul near the top of the box, while the final blow was a successful penalty kick try by MC's keeper.
The Bulldogs created several scoring opportunities of their own—Jared Moreno, Pablo Resendiz, and Diego Santos each put shots on target—but the Raiders' defense kept the sheet clean. The home squad closed the contest with six total shots (four on-frame) while being forced to play the final stretch a man down after a red card in the 77th minute. Brewster finished the contest with five saves in the goal.
Hancock closes out the campaign with a sixth place finish in the WSC North standings after producing a final league record of 0-9-1.
