NEXT LEVEL: TJ Hollinger Signs with UT Southern

PULASKI, Tenn. - Allan Hancock College men's basketball standout, TJ Hollinger, has signed on to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Tennessee Southern.

"I chose the University of Tennessee Southern because they let it be known upfront what they think of me and provided me with the best opportunity moving forward," Hollinger shared. 

Hollinger, a native of Florida, has spent two seasons with the Bulldogs. He was named as an All-Conference Honorable Mention selection at the conclusion of his sophomore campaign after averaging 7.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. Hollinger also served as one of Hancock's top on-ball defenders throughout the season while working towards 1.2 steals per game. 

"My time here at AHC helped me prepare for success at the next level because it taught me how to become a leader, how to get things done, not to make excuses, and showed me that hard work is the baseline for success," Hollinger added. 

The Firehawks are a member of the NAIA and compete in the Southern States Athletic Conference.
