SANTA MARIA, Calif. — The Allan Hancock College men's basketball team delivered a strong second-half performance on December 30, rallying past Cypress for a 65–58 victory at the AHC Gym. | BOX SCORE
After trailing 30–25 at halftime, the Bulldogs locked in defensively and found their rhythm offensively, outscoring Cypress 40–28 in the second half. Hancock shot 53.8 percent from three-point range after the break and leaned on timely stops and efficient free-throw shooting to pull away late.
Arlind Konjuhi led the Bulldogs with 27 points, knocking down six three-pointers, while Dasio Gonzales added 11 points on efficient shooting. Trenten Lavender finished with 12 points and four assists, and Noah Morris anchored the interior with 15 rebounds and nine points.
Hancock won the rebounding battle and forced 17 turnovers, turning defensive pressure into key scoring opportunities down the stretch.
The Bulldogs improve to 11–4 on the season and return to action Saturday, January 3, on the road against Lemoore College.
