Aguilar begins his tenth season as a member of head coach Kris Dutra’s staff. The Bulldog defense ranked No. 4 in the state in 2017 after allowing just 78.9 rushing yards per game. Hancock also ranked No. 2 in California with 46 sacks and No. 6 with 17 fumble recoveries. Hancock’s defense against the run in 2016 ranked No. 1 in the state, allowing just 64 rushing yards per game. Aguilar was an All-conference linebacker for the Bulldogs in 2004-05. The Lompoc High School graduate went on to play defensive line at Missouri Southern State University in 2006. Aguilar, his wife and daughter, Everleigh, live in Orcutt.
