George enters her second years as the assistant athletic trainer at Allan Hancock College. She has traveled full circle since she was a student-athletic trainer at Hancock nearly a decade before.
George transferred from Hancock to Weber State where she earned a bachelor’s degrees in athletic training and athletic therapy. George worked for Clay Sniteman, a physical therapist who provides treatment to professional tennis player on the ATP World Tour. Prior to Hancock, she served four years as the head athletic trainer at Santa Maria High School. George also teaches sports medicine classes at Hancock. George said she was excited to return to Hancock to help expand the college’s athletic training program.
